For machine servicing, no appointment needed, bring your machine to our showroom anytime Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm or Friday 9am to 3pm. It takes approximately 2 weeks for us to complete the service, this may vary so please speak to a member of staff when dropping off your machine.

Once you have downloaded and opened this software you will need to import the files you need.

Make the alterations to the design and then save the file, you will need to change the file extension to .zhs

This can then be transferred to your USB and your embroidery machine should read the file.
